General Terms of Repair

These general terms of repair govern the contractual relations between the company and its customer in the context of repair services.
Support and Diagnosis
When depositing the device, a preliminary diagnosis is performed. If the breakdown requires further investigation, a quote will be established free of charge.
Data Backup
The customer is informed that the intervention on their device may result in data loss. It is their responsibility to back up their data before any deposit for repair. The company cannot be held responsible for data loss.
Repair Guarantee
Repairs carried out are guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the return of the device, excluding breakage and subsequent oxidation.
Device Abandonment
Any device not claimed within 1 year after the deposit date will be considered abandoned and the company may dispose of it freely.
